Since more than 15 years ago, I published my first book on "aging Facial Cosmetic Surgery", so many ideas that seemed permanently acquired have been called into question. Certainly not changed anatomy, but research has allowed us to put due consideration some basic details before neglected, such as the end of Lore preauricular and malar complex system of ligaments and periorbitari. The concept of vertical lifting was revalued, and, as it was easy to foresee, endoscopic procedures have suffered a decline. Many of the techniques of lifting and blepharoplasty proposed in my old text is still valid, but now you can achieve even more natural, complete and lasting relationships with more sophisticated and targeted interventions. For this reason I decided to write this new book, thanks to the solicitation, the enthusiasm and the help of my collaborators cell Antonio and Alessandro Gualdi and my daughter Chiara Botti. All of us together (the "Villa Bella team") we have tried to summarize this text in our experience of the last decade, going efforts to offer our patients the surgical treatments continue to improve.
