PROGRAMA
En este curso describirás el proceso que diariamente hace Nondas en su laboratorio, y cómo combina arte y tecnología para completar con éxito trabajos específicos para cada caso y paciente, y llegar así a la excelencia.
Teoría y práctica:
Día1 -
1) Teoría sobre la estética en restauraciones totales de cerámica(Carillas Feldespáticas -Zirconia – Prensadas o de inyección).
2) Trabajo de una caso real (elección de uno de los participantes) con el fin de seleccionar el color dental para ser copiado. Una vez seleccionado el color se hará una sesión de fotos, análisis y comentarios sobre:
- Selección de color
- La estratificación interna – Croma – Opacidad – Valor- Transparencia – Translucidez – Opalescencia – Morfología y Textura de la superficie en función de la edad, con el objetivo de lograr el mejor resultado natural.
- Selección de polvos de cerámica y desarrollo de la demostración por el propio Nondas.
- Cocción de la cerámica
3) Teoría sobre el ajuste de las superficies de contacto interproximal – molido- textura de la superficie – morfología, tintado y pulido.
4) Verás como Nondas analiza la coincidencia de color de las restauraciones con los dientes, la sesión de fotos del participante elegido y discutirás con el resto de participantes sobre el resultado final.
Día 2-
Desarrollarás tus propio modelo, bajo la supervisión de Nondas y siguiendo sus indicaciones.
Al final del día, habrás terminado tu caso, haciendo la coincidencia de colores – sesión de fotos de sus restauraciones de dientes con los participante/acompañantes elegidos y discutirás con el resto de asistentes sobre el resultado final.
Sobre Nondas Vlachopoulos_CV
Nació en Toronto, Canadá. Se graduo en la Escuela de Tecnología Dental de Atenas, Grecia (1985).
Adquirió un BSc Hons de la Escuela de Tecnología Dental del Instituto de Educación Tecnológica de Atenas (1989). Propietario del laboratorio dental “AestheticLab” en Atenas.
Líder de opinión de Ivoclar Vivadent en Grecia desde 2001. Especialista en restauraciones de cerámica libre de metal e implantes estéticos. Colaborador con la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad Nacional y Kapodistrian de Atenas y de sus programas de Postgrado de Prótesis Dental y Cirugía Dental.
Conferencista de numerosos seminarios en Grecia, EEUU y Europa. Expositor en congresos internacionales. Escritor de artículos científicos en revistas especializadas en prótesis dental. Miembro de la Hellenic Dental Tecnología Praxis y la Federación Pan-Helénica de Laboratorios Dentales.

This combined with the advanced current techniques is the key to satisfy the aesthetic and mechanical needs of patients.
This course will describe the process that we do every day in the laboratory, and how to combine art and technology to successfully complete specific tasks for each case and patient, and reach excellence.
PROGRAM
In this course, you will describe the process that Nondas performs daily in its laboratory, and how it combines art and technology to successfully complete specific works for each case and patient, and thus achieve excellence.
Theory and practice:
Day 1 -
1) Theory of aesthetics in total ceramic restorations (Feldespathic Veneers - Zirconia - Pressed or injection).
2) Work on a real case (choice of one of the participants) in order to select the dental color to be copied. Once the color is selected, a photo session, analysis and comments on:
- Colour selection
- Internal stratification - Chroma - Opacity - Value - Transparency - Translucency - Opalescence - Surface morphology and texture as a function of age, with the aim of achieving the best natural result.
- Selection of ceramic powders and development of the show by Nondas himself.
- Ceramic firing
3) Theory on the adjustment of the surfaces of interproximal contact - grinding - texture of the surface - morphology, tinting and polishing.
4) You will see how Nondas analyzes the color matching of the restorations with the teeth, the photo session of the chosen participant and you will discuss with the rest of the participants about the final result.
Day 2-
You will develop your own model, under the supervision of Nondas and following its indications.
At the end of the day, you will have finished your case, making the color matching - photo session of your tooth restorations with the chosen participant / companions and you will discuss with the rest of the participants about the final result.
About Nondas Vlachopoulos
Mr. Nondas Vlachopoulos was born in Toronto, Canada. After moving to Greece, he graduated from the school of dental technology in 1985. He then acquired a BSc Hons from the School of Dental Technology of the Technological Educational Institution of Athens (1989).
In 1990, he established his own dental laboratory "AestheticLab" in Athens. Since 2001, Mr. Vlachopoulos has been Opinion Leader for Ivoclar Vivadent, Noritake Dental and MPF Brush Co. in Greece. Since May 2014 he is an editorial reviewer at the AACD’s Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry (jCD).
Mr. Vlachopoulos specializes in aesthetic all-ceramic and implant restorations and collaborates with the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and its postgraduate programs of Dental Prosthodontics and Dental Surgery. Mr. Vlachopoulos has organized many seminars in Greece, USA, South America and many counties within the European Union.
He has participated with presentations in congresses, and he has also published articles in Greek and foreign Dental Technology journals. Furthermore, Mr. Vlachopoulos is a member of the Hellenic Dental Technology Praxis and Pan-Hellenic Federation of Dental Laboratories.
